Official Volunteer Information Bulletin & Application Form It is with great pleasure that we invite you to join the Burlington Jazz'n Blues Festival 2010 as an Official Festival Volunteer. With your enthusiastic help will can make this one of the most exciting and blissful events of the summer. We expect 10's of thousands of music lovers to attend this three day music Festival in Spencer Smith Park in the heart of Downtown Burlington on Lake Ontario on July 23rd, July 24th & July 25th 2010. In return for your help to serve our artists, production team, exhibitors, family and friends you will receive a groovy volunteer T-shirt, a volunteer pass, an invitation to a Festival Volunteer Party and an opportunity to meet other music fans and musicians in a Music Festival environment.

Festival Volunteer Hrs of Operation

  • Wed July 21st - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Thursday July 22nd - 9:00 AM to 12 Midnight
  • Friday July 23rd- 12 Noon to 12 Midnight
  • Saturday July 24th - 12 Noon to 12 Midnight
  • Sunday July 25th - 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM
  • Monday July 26th - 12 Noon to 5:00 PM

Total Number of Volunteers Positions = 82 Total Available Volunteer Hrs = 117

Thank you for applying. Our outstanding team of volunteers helps make this Festival one of the best music events on the planet. We hope each volunteer can commit to a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer service during the entire operation of the Festival. That makes for a better scheduling timetable.

Terms and Conditions
Please read this indemnification clause before agreeing and signing this application. The Festival accepts no liability for your participation in the Festival since your participation is strictly on a volunteer basis at your own risk. Each volunteer must indemnify the festival, it's ownership group, management team and all of it's participants from litigation for any injury, loss or damage that they may incur as a result of being accepted as a volunteer and serving in the festival for any reason whatsoever when signing their name to this application. I herby agree to volunteer for the Burlington Jazz'n Blues Festival and fully understand the terms and conditions stated above and have read them completely.
